Martin was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and grew up in a Christian family. As a teenager he committed his life to Christ, and in his early twenties he was discipled and mentored in living out his faith. Trained as a Fitter and Machinist, he later taught Technology in secondary schools. In 2010, while serving as an acting elder in Melbourne’s east, Martin was called to join a church plant in the west, where he has served as Pastor/Elder of GraceWest ever since. Martin and his wife, Rosemary, have three children and a daughter-in-law. His deep desire is to see people saved, grow to maturity, and serve God’s kingdom locally and beyond.
